To make a looong story short – ‘Getting in Shape’ has been on our New Year Resolutions’ list for a while…think a few years. But last year – we finally started our journey towards getting those proverbial abs.
Do you want to rev up your business in 2020 too? Join our Academy below!
As you may have noticed, a beta version of the new interface has been available for a while. And now it’s time to pop some champagne, cut the ribbon and make it official.
The new interface is just a stepping stone to all the new functions and improvements that will help us make our tool even better for you, so you can grow your business with email marketing even easier and faster.
Hence, stay tuned. You don’t wanna miss a thing.
Easier, more user-friendly interface
Creating and sending newsletters should not feel like climbing a mountain. It should be a walk in the park.
In other words – an email marketing service should be easy and user-friendly.
In addition to some bug fixes and performance improvements (that you may or may not have noticed) – the main goal was to improve and make the interface more user-friendly and easy to use. Focusing on user experience and effectiveness.
Wondering what has changed? Let’s find out!
Everything is still in the same place, and not much has changed when it comes to using the tool. Apart from a few tweaks:
More attractive to the eye
OK, let’s face it. Rocking this 90s’ look may be cool when you’re Billie Eilish, but not so much when you’re a marketing tool.
So – after 5 years of corporate blues and grays, which didn’t really match GAN’s mission to help small business owners – we decided to give our brand colours a facelift.
But it doesn’t stop at the colours. The new interface will also guide you through all actions with tool-tips – it will be really clear what you need to do, and what is the next step.
Work faster than Usain Bolt runs
Nobody has time these days, definitely not for slow-loading pages. You should be able to navigate the tool in a matter of seconds. Thus, you can now move between pages faster than Usain Bolt runs.
Feel zen when you forgot to create a list
Forgot to create a new list? No worries, now you can create a list wherever you are (when you’re importing contacts, adding a single contact or creating a form) – forgetting to create a list should never be an obstacle or slow you down again.
What is next?
Up next is a beta version of the new block editor. If everything goes as planned, the beta version will be available at the end of February.
And that’s pretty much it!
No major workflow changes that would make you need to relearn the tool (nobody likes those!), but lots of small improvements that you may not even sometimes notice – but you will see how you finish your work on your newsletters much faster.
Let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions for improvements!
