We distance ourselves from unsolicited email/spam
We see subscribers as the most crucial part of email marketing and want marketing to be on their terms. Therefore, we take it for granted that we as a company and our customers do everything to discourage unsolicited email/spam. One of the ways we do this is by not allowing any addresses to be purchased or collected without informing the subscriber.
Newsletters should be clear and be by the current guidelines
The newsletters sent out from our tool must be by the applicable guidelines. For example, there should always be a clear link where the subscriber can unsubscribe, that the sender is indicated and that it is possible to reply to the newsletter.
