As long as you manage less than 100 subscribers, send no more than 500 emails per month, and don’t need any of the features of the Start or Standard plan, you can use the free plan for as long as you want. You don’t even have to use a credit card.
We accept most credit cards for monthly and annual payment plans, and you can update your payment information at any time on your account page. For annual payments, you can choose to pay by invoice and receive a 20% discount on the annual amount.
Subscriber-based pricing means you only pay once for each email address in your account. Not for each list the subscriber is put on. In other words, a subscriber can be on more than one of your lists, but they still count as a single subscriber.
For example, if you have 1,000 subscribers, you can send unlimited emails to up to 1,000 individual email addresses during your monthly plan.
You can switch between the Start and Standard plans or increase the number of subscribers you can send to at any time.
When you switch from the Start to the Standard plan, the amount you have already paid will be deducted from the new price. You’ll get access to your new features as soon as the payment is received and processed.
If you switch from the Standard to the Start plan, the switch will occur when the current period ends and the subscription is up for renewal.
If you have more subscribers than your plan allows, you’ll receive a message when you try to send your newsletter.
You can also see on your account page how many subscribers you have and when you need to upgrade to send.
If you have more than 50,000 subscribers, you have the option to purchase additional emails if you run out.
Absolutely not! You can quickly and easily import up to 5,000 subscribers from a text file, or upload XLS, XLSX, or CSV files if you want to import a larger number of subscribers.
